We have a no refund or exchange policy however there are some exceptions:
Store: If bought in store, we have a strict no refund or exchange policy
Online: If the item is purchased via the website, we will be happy to refund or exchange the item providing the item is still in a resellable condition, there are no stains, perfume smell, or any other signs of the item being worn. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if this is found upon inspection and the item will be sent back to the customer once postage has been paid. The item must be returned back to us within 14 days of receiving the item and it is up to the customer to pay the postage.
